Now is the time to join the Appraisal Institute.
    If you are an appraiser governed by USPAP, you can join both the national and Vermont chapter as an "Associate Member" for $320/year. If you are not an appraiser or not affected by USPAP, you can join as an "Affiliate Member" for $205 per year. As either an Associate or Affiliate Member you will receive educational and other benefits that come from the parent organization with national perspective. In addition you will receive educational and other benefits that come from the local perspective of the Vermont Chapter.
