This is a great new site that lists all Vermont Real Estate sales, both residential and commercial, since 1996. It is a free site and easy to use.
You can search by several categories including location, type of property, sales price, sales date, etc. You can then printout the results, which is the data typically found on the Vermont Property Transfer Return. This site can be used as another way to find or confirm sales at any time!
