Education:
The Vermont Chapter of the Appraisal Institute meets the third thursday, in the months of September, November, January, March, and May.

We offer a seminar at each meeting which earns attendees two hours or more of continuing education credits with the state of Vermont and the Appraisal Institute. Our goal is to provide 14 hours of continuing education credits each year. Seminar fees are reduced for Appraisal Institute Members. In addition to earning continuing education credits, you will be able to network with other appraisers and keep abreast of changes in your profession.
